On the technical side, the role requires strong expertise to diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and signal flow issues in real time across PCR, MCR, Studios, Feed Room, and Data Centre operations, ensuring zero disruption to 24/7 on-air delivery. On the management side, the role involves leading, mentoring, and scheduling the broadcast engineering team, coordinating with Editorial, IT, and vendor partners, and driving operational discipline across shifts.
