The ideal candidate will partner with hiring managers to identify talent needs, source high-quality candidates, and ensure a positive candidate experience while meeting hiring goals. Key ResponsibilitiesManage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requisition to onboarding in the IT industry.Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and workforce needs.Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, and networking.Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate technical and managerial interviews.Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.Manage offer negotiations, compensation discussions, and candidate communication.Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.Maintain accurate recruitment data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and source effectiveness.Collaborate with HR and business teams to support onboarding activities.Participate in employer branding initiatives, campus hiring,
