The ideal candidate should have strong subject knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to create an engaging and effective learning environment.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and deliver engaging English lessons for Middle and High School students.Teach English Language, Literature, Grammar, Reading and Writing skills as per the school curriculum.Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, worksheets, assignments, and assessments.Develop students' communication, comprehension, vocabulary, creative writing, and critical-thinking skills.Conduct regular assessments and provide constructive feedback to students.Monitor students' academic progress and provide additional support where required.Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive, inclusive learning environment.Encourage participation in debates, public speaking, creative writing, literary activities, and other language-related activities.Collaborate with colleagues, coordinators,
