Job Description : Primary Skill- Project & Program management
We are seeking a seasoned IT Program / Delivery Manager with extensive experience in leading large-scale infrastructure, cloud, service delivery, PMO, and transformation initiatives. The role requires strong expertise in project and portfolio management, IT governance, cloud implementation, service management, stakeholder engagement, cost optimization, and operational excellence across global enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of IT infrastructure, cloud, workplace, mobility, and transformation projects across global customer environments.\r\n Manage project planning, execution, governance, risk management, stakeholder communication, and delivery milestones using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.\r\n Drive cloud implementation and optimization initiatives across platforms such as Google Cloud Platform and Microsoft Azure.\r\n Oversee infrastructure projects including server build, migration, decommissioning, storage expansion, network connectivity, SAP HANA optimization, VMware upgrades, backup modernization, and data center activities.\r\n Establish and manage PMO governance, project reporting, dashboards, monthly business review inputs, status tracking, and executive updates.\r\n Lead service delivery, availability management, capacity management, change management, and compliance-driven operational processes.\r\n Partner with architecture, platform, engineering, security, and customer teams to ensure solution alignment, approvals, implementation readiness, and successful delivery.\r\n Manage client relationships, escalations, project change requests, audit support, governance reviews, and continuous service improvement initiatives.\r\n Support process improvement, demand management, CMDB accuracy, ServiceNow workflows, and operational governance enhancements.\r\n Ensure compliance with IT security, quality, SOX, ISO, and internal governance standards.

Skill Requirements

15+ years of overall IT experience with significant exposure to infrastructure delivery, PMO, service management, SAP support, and enterprise transformation programs.\r\n Proven experience managing global customers and geographically distributed teams across IT infrastructure, cloud,



and service delivery engagements.\r\n Hands-on experience in project and portfolio management, governance, budgeting, reporting, risk management, and customer stakeholder engagement.\r\n Experience managing multiple small-to-medium and large-scale infrastructure projects with defined timelines, budgets, and business outcomes.\r\n Solid background in IT operations, availability and capacity management, change management, service transition, audit readiness, and operational excellence.\r\n Technical & Functional Skills\r\n Project Management, Program Management, PMO Governance, Portfolio Tracking, and Delivery Management.\r\n Cloud platforms: Google Cloud Platform and Microsoft Azure.\r\n IT Service Management: Availability Management, Capacity Management, Change Management, Incident Support, and Service Transition.\r\n Infrastructure domains: servers, storage, backup, VMware, data center operations, network connectivity, SD-WAN, SAP HANA infrastructure, and operating system upgrades.\r\n SAP R/3 functional support across production, purchase, finance, and supply chain modules.\r\n Governance and reporting through dashboards, MBR decks, risk registers, project status reports, and compliance documentation.\r\n

Other Requirements

PMP certification is highly preferred.\r\n Certified Scrum Master certification is preferred.\r\n AWS Certified Solutions Architect or equivalent cloud certification is preferred.\r\n ITIL certification and exposure to IT governance frameworks are desirable.\r\n Additional qualifications in advanced systems management, database management, or SAP-related delivery will be an advantage.
