Senior Content & Script Writer Experience: 3–6 Years | Industry: D2C / Beauty / Skincare / FMCG Location: Ghaziabad / Delhi NCR | Work Mode: Work from Office About the Role We’re looking for a performance-focused Senior Content & Script Writer who understands what makes people stop scrolling, watch, engage and buy. Key Responsibilities • Write high-converting scripts for Meta Ads, UGC, Instagram Reels and influencer content. • Create scroll-stopping hooks and multiple variations for testing. • Regularly research Meta Ads Library, Instagram, competitors and trending creatives to identify what’s working. • Analyse winning ads to understand hooks, angles, storytelling, CTAs and consumer psychology. • Turn product USPs, ingredients and consumer pain points into strong creative concepts and scripts.



• Work with the Performance Marketing team to understand creative performance and continuously iterate scripts based on CTR, retention, CPA, ROAS, etc. • Develop multiple creative angles for product launches, campaigns and offers. Requirements • 3–6 years of experience in content/script writing, copywriting or creative strategy. • Solid understanding of Meta Ads, UGC and Reels. • Excellent Hinglish English writing skills. • Strong understanding of hooks, storytelling and consumer psychology. • Experience in D2C / Beauty / Skincare / FMCG preferred. • Portfolio of Meta/UGC scripts is mandatory.
