Experience in handling hardware/Software related issues for various desktop/laptop models. Knowledge of deployment of applications via either SCCM or intune. Expertise in Windows 10/11 OS, address user tickets regarding hardware, software and networking. Experience in testing hardware patches, OS patches and application compatibility. Knowledge and experience in Endpoint encryption tools like Bitlocker. Experience in deploying patches to workstations at large and fix any issues that may arise due to patching. Understanding of Group policy, identify issues related to Group policies and working with appropriate teams to resolve the issue. Experience in performing OS upgrade,



compliance check and remediation Knowledge in handling MacOS issues. Good-to-Have Good customer handling skills , planning activities and execution Guide customers through installing applications and computer peripherals Create end user KB with straightforward, step-by-step instructions Perform remote troubleshooting Test alternative pathways until the issue is resolved . Customize desktop applications to meet user needs Record technical issues and solutions in logs Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel Follow up with clients to ensure their systems are functional Report customer feedback and potential product requests Create technical documentation and manuals Good at interacting with multiple vendors to drive the resolution of workstation issues .
