The ideal candidate will be professional, approachable, and organised, ensuring a welcoming experience for members, visitors, and prospective clients. Key Responsibilities Manage the front desk and welcome members, guests, and visitors. Handle calls, emails, enquiries, and visitor registration. Conduct workspace tours and coordinate enquiries with the sales team. Support member onboarding, access-card issuance, and move-in coordination. Manage meeting-room bookings and assist with conference arrangements. Address member requests and complaints, coordinating timely resolution. Coordinate with housekeeping, security, maintenance, and pantry teams. Maintain visitor logs, courier records, booking details, and front-office reports.



Keep the reception and common areas presentable and ready for use. Assist with community events, networking sessions, and office administration. Candidate Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience in front-office, reception, hospitality, or customer-facing administration roles. Experience in co-working spaces, business centres, hotels, or corporate offices is preferred. Graduate in any discipline. Strong spoken and written English, with conversational Tamil; additional languages are an advantage. Professional presentation, excellent interpersonal skills, and a service-oriented approach. Ability to manage multiple requests calmly and resolve issues effectively. Working knowledge of MS Office, email, calendars, and booking systems.
