We’re Hiring | Production Senior Manager – ICM / Electronics Manufacturing Location: Trichy, Tamil Nadu Industry: ICM / Electronic Component Manufacturing Function: Production / Manufacturing ⏳ Experience: 15 years of relevant manufacturing experience Education: Bachelor’s degree or above We are looking for an experienced Production Senior Manager with strong experience in ICM / Electronics Manufacturing to lead our production operations and drive improvements in productivity, quality, efficiency, cost, and on-time delivery . Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the overall production team and daily manufacturing activities. Drive productivity, efficiency, utilization, and process improvements to optimize labor costs. Ensure smooth production and on-time delivery of products. Lead production activities for new product introduction and ramp-up . Drive unit cost reduction and GM% improvement through process development, fixture development, equipment development, technology, and automation. Lead troubleshooting activities and resolve production-line issues effectively. Identify and improve bottleneck processes to enhance production efficiency. Work closely with Engineering, Quality, and global cross-functional teams . Drive the production team to achieve FPY,



FY, DPPM, productivity, and quality targets . Manage manufacturing resources and support effective manpower planning and utilization. Develop the production team and promote a collaborative and continuous-improvement culture . Candidate Requirements Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, or a related field . 10 years of relevant factory/manufacturing experience . Strong experience in Production / Manufacturing / Operations / Engineering Management . Experience in ICM, electronic components, electronics manufacturing, or a similar industry is preferred. Good knowledge of manufacturing systems and relevant software. Good English communication skills , both written and verbal. Familiarity with quality and manufacturing tools such as PFMEA, SPC, VDA 6.3, MSA, and Six Sigma . Strong leadership, problem-solving, people-management, and continuous-improvement skills. Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and global manufacturing setting .
