WE’RE HIRING | SALES LEAD SHREEV LIVINGS | Ahmedabad SHREEV LIVINGS is seeking an experienced and results-oriented Sales Lead to oversee our sales function and drive business growth in the areas of premium interior design, turnkey projects, and bespoke furniture. Key Responsibilities: Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team Set and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Generate and convert new business opportunities Manage the complete sales cycle: Lead → Site Visit → Requirement Understanding → Proposal → Negotiation → Closure Monitor team performance, follow-ups, conversions, and pipeline Handle high-value clients and project negotiations Develop new lead generation and business development channels Coordinate with the design, project, and operations teams for smooth client handovers Conduct regular sales reviews to ensure team accountability Build strong relationships with clients, architects, designers, builders, and channel partners Target & Performance:



Own monthly and quarterly revenue targets Drive consistent lead conversion and closings at the team level Maintain a healthy sales pipeline to achieve targets Track individual team performance using KPIs Take ownership of achieving assigned business and revenue goals Team Handling: Lead and mentor the sales team Allocate leads and monitor follow-ups Conduct daily and weekly performance reviews Identify performance gaps and provide coaching Ensure discipline, accountability, and target-oriented execution We’re Looking For: 3 years of experience in sales or business development Experience in interior design, turnkey projects, real estate, furniture, or related industries preferred Solid team management and leadership skills Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing abilities Target-oriented with strong ownership mentality Ability to manage premium/high-value clients Preference will be given to candidates based in Ahmedabad Role : Sales Lead Location : Ahmedabad Compensation : Competitive and performance-oriented If you are a proactive leader who can build a strong sales team and consistently drive revenue, we would love to hear from you.
