Key Responsibilities Monitor CCTV cameras and security systems 24x7. Review lives and recorded CCTV footage for security incidents. Ensure CCTV recording backups are maintained and available. Identify and report camera failures, blind spots, or system issues. Operate and manage biometric, RFID, and access card systems. Issue, modify, and deactivate employee access credentials. Manage Genetec security Desk software, users, and permissions. Configure system alerts and monitor security events.



Detect unauthorized access, tailgating, and suspicious activities. Escalate security incidents and breaches immediately. Conduct periodic access audits for critical areas. Maintain CCTV footage and access logs for investigations. Coordinate with vendors and IT teams for system maintenance. Perform regular system health checks, backups, and software updates. Prepare daily shift reports, incident reports, and security status reports. Skills Required: CCTV Monitoring, Access Control Systems, Genetec Security Desk software, Incident Management, Security Audits, Basic Networking, Vendor Coordination, and Report Preparation. Qualifications & Requirements Education: Bachelor's degree/B.E/Diploma Work Experience: 4–5 years
