Job Responsibilities

- Handle customer interactions through an International Voice Process.
- Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information and solutions.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and communication.
- Follow process guidelines, quality standards, and company policies.
- Achieve assigned performance and customer satisfaction targets.

- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with relevant international voice/customer service experience can apply.
- Excellent English communication skills are required.
- Willingness to work in rotational night shifts.
- Candidates should be willing to work from the Hyderabad location.
