Roles and Responsibilities :
- Conduct soil analysis to determine nutrient deficiencies and recommend appropriate fertilization strategies.
- Develop and implement crop rotation plans to improve soil health, reduce pests, and increase yields.
- Collaborate with farmers to optimize plantation management practices, including pruning, irrigation, and pest control.
- Monitor crop growth patterns and provide guidance on adjusting irrigation schedules for optimal water usage.
Job Requirements :
- 1-5 years of experience in agronomy or related field (e.g., agriculture).
- Solid understanding of organic farming principles and techniques.
- Knowledge of soil science principles, including soil chemistry and microbiology.
