Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a Transport Operations Executive which has already worked in export import container logistics to manage daily transportation activities, coordinate vehicle movements, ensure timely deliveries, and maintain smooth logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate daily transportation and vehicle scheduling.
- Manage transporters, drivers, and logistics partners.
- Track vehicle movement and ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Prepare and maintain transport-related documents and records.
- Monitor vehicle availability, routes, and delivery schedules.
- Coordinate with warehouses, customers, and internal teams.
- Handle transportation issues, delays, and breakdowns effectively.
- Verify freight bills, trip sheets,



and other transport documents.
- Maintain MIS reports related to vehicle movement and deliveries.
- Ensure compliance with company transportation and safety policies.

Requirements:

- Graduate in any discipline; logistics/transportation qualification preferred.
- 2-5 years of experience in transport or logistics operations.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and transport documentation.
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced operational environment.
