We are looking for a seasoned HCM Cloud Help Desk Functional Consultant with 5 to 10 years of experience to drive end-to-end client implementations.
End-to-End Implementation: Lead functional configuration, blueprinting, and deployment of the HCM Cloud Help Desk module across multiple client projects.
Data Migration: Collaborate with data migration teams to map, clean, and transition legacy ticket histories or reference data into the cloud system.
Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days maximum.
Experience: 5 to 10 years of overall functional experience in enterprise cloud HCM systems.
Implementation Track Record: Proven experience delivering at least 1 to 2 full-lifecycle implementations specifically for HCM Help Desk/HR Service Delivery modules.
