Job Purpose:

To manage end-to-end procurement operations including purchase order management, supplier coordination, inventory control, and supplier development. The role ensures timely procurement, cost optimization, and smooth supply chain functioning.

Key Responsibilities:

- PO Management: End-to-end handling of purchase orders.
- Supplier Coordination: Manage 100+ suppliers for timely delivery.
- Quotation & Negotiation: Float enquiries, evaluate quotes, and negotiate terms.
- Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels and maintain accuracy.
- Supplier Development: Identify and onboard new suppliers.

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Engineering Diploma in engineering , Supply Chain, or related field.
- 612 years of procurement/supply chain experience.
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems and procurement tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage high-volume procurement and multiple suppliers.
