Key Responsibilities

- Lead Hospital Billing Operations.
- Manage Cash, TPA, Corporate, CGHS, Ayushman Bharat & Insurance Billing.
- Monitor Revenue Leakage.
- Improve Collection Efficiency.
- Reduce Billing Errors.
- Supervise Billing Audit.
- Prepare Revenue MIS and Dashboards.
- Ensure Compliance with Billing SOPs.
- Coordinate with Finance and Clinical Departments.

Qualification

- B.Com / BBA (Mandatory)
- MBA Finance / Hospital Administration (Preferred)

Experience

- 6-12 Years
- Minimum 3 Years in Hospital Revenue Cycle Management
