We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Fusion HCM Technical Consultant with 6 to 12 years of experience and a deep specialization in writing and optimizing Fast Formulas. In this role, you will be the technical architect behind the complex business logic that powers payroll, perks, absence management, and time tracking. You must have a strong track record of designing, debugging, and deploying advanced Fast Formulas across multiple full-lifecycle Fusion implementation projects.
- Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days maximum.
- Experience: 6 to 12 years of technical consulting experience in Enterprise Cloud Fusion HCM.
Implementation Track Record: Proven technical experience delivering at least 2 to 3 end-to-end full-lifecycle Cloud Fusion HCM implementations with a primary focus on complex calculations or technical components
