We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Consultant specializing in Talent Management and Learning.
End-to-End Implementation: Lead the functional design, configuration, and deployment of cloud-based Talent Management suites (Goals, Performance Appraisals, Skill Profiles, Succession Planning, Talent Reviews) and Enterprise Learning platforms.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Functional Consultant with a proven track record of delivering at least 1 full-lifecycle cloud HCM implementations.
