Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage branch operations, ensuring efficient sales performance and customer satisfaction.

- Oversee retail operations, including cash handling and reconciliation.

- Authorize transactions and manage CASA (Current Account Savings Account) deposits.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

- Develop strategies to improve sales growth and reduce costs.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 3-8 years of experience in banking or finance industry.

- Robust understanding of retail banking products and services.

- Excellent communication skills for effective customer interaction.

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
