About Molly Moo
Molly Moo is an innovative ice cream brand known for premium ice cream concepts and unforgettable experiences. We're growing our presence at weddings, corporate events, hotel partnerships, and private celebrations, and we're looking for a driven Sales Executive to lead the charge.

The Role
We're looking for a sales skilled with a background in hotel sales, event sales, or catering sales to help us grow Molly Moo's footprint in the events and hospitality space. You'll be the face of Molly Moo to event planners, hotels, corporate clients, and venues turning relationships into recurring bookings.

What You'll Do
- Identify, pitch, and close new business with hotels, event venues, wedding planners, and corporate clients
- Build and maintain a pipeline of recurring event and catering bookings (weddings, corporate functions, private parties, festivals)
- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with hotel banquet/catering teams and event planners
- Create customized proposals and pricing packages for events of varying size and scope
- Represent Molly Moo at trade shows, bridal expos, and networking events




- Collaborate with operations to ensure smooth event execution and client satisfaction
- Track sales activity, pipeline, and revenue against monthly/quarterly targets
- Gather client feedback to refine offerings and improve repeat business

What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in hotel sales, event sales, catering sales, or a related hospitality sales role
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong existing network within the hospitality/events industry is a big plus
- Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Comfortable working independently and managing a full sales cycle from lead to close
- Willingness to attend evening/weekend events as needed
- Passion for hospitality, food/beverage, or experiential brands

Nice to Have
- Experience selling F&B;, catering, or experiential/activation services
- Existing relationships with wedding planners, hotel banquet managers, or corporate event coordinators
