Position: HR Trainee
Location: Bommasandra, Bangalore
CTC: 2.4 LPA
Qualification: MBA / MSW
Experience: Freshers / 01 Year
Joining: Immediate Joiner

Key Responsibilities

- Support recruitment activities including candidate sourcing, screening, and interview scheduling.
- Assist with employee onboarding and documentation.
- Maintain accurate HR records and employee databases.
- Support payroll inputs and attendance tracking.
- Assist in employee engagement and welfare activities.
- Support the HR Manager in day-to-day HR operations.

Requirements

- MBA/MSW degree is mandatory.
- Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of HR experience can apply.
- Positive knowledge of MS Excel.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow in the HR function.
- Candidates who can join immediately are preferred.
