Roles and Responsibilities :
- Perform breakdown maintenance, preventative maintenance, and troubleshooting on electrical systems, including PLCs, VFDs, drives, motors, sensors, conveyors, and other equipment.
- Conduct routine inspections to identify potential issues before they become major problems.
- Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and optimize plant operations.
- Develop and implement effective preventive maintenance schedules to reduce equipment failures.
Job Requirements :
- 2-10 years of experience in electrical maintenance or a related field.
- Solid knowledge of PLC programming languages (e.g., Allen-Bradley) and VFD technology.
- Experience working with various types of drives (AC/DC) and motors (steel industry preferred).
- Ability to read blueprints, diagrams, and technical specifications.
