Timely completion of project

- Monitor and supervise project team members and contractors. Influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work. Take corrective action (if required).•
- Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and line managers in a timely and explicit fashion•
- Proactively manage changes in project scope, ensure that any change to project scope is documented and approved•
- Ensuring that all project documentation is stored on share point for future reference•

Maximum Up time of plant

- To ensure establishment of maintenance system and effective monitoring.
- To ensure implementation of preventive maintenance techniques for effective and safe maintenance.




- To ensure detailed analysis of any break down and counter measures taken to avoid repetition.
- To ensure the inventory of critical spares.

Control expenses of R & M and Capex

- To review and take decisions on expenses.
- To facilitate effective planning of spares
- To interact with various vendors for cost effective solutions and to develop indigenous vendors for imported items.

Preferred candidate profile

Ideal candidate must be a B.E./B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering with 4-8 years of experience in CPP Projects mainly in CFBC
