Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end execution of DCS/PLC projects, including design, configuration, testing, and commissioning.
- Develop and implement control logic and SCADA applications tailored to project requirements.
- Conduct hardware checks and Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) to validate system performance.
- Lead site execution and commissioning activities, ensuring smooth integration and operation.
- Perform fault diagnosis and troubleshooting during site operations, providing timely solutions.
- Deliver comprehensive handover documentation and training to customers for effective system operation.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety protocols, and project timelines.

Desired Candidate Profile





- Strong understanding of industrial automation concepts such as PLC programming languages, HMI software, SCADA systems .
- Prior experience in Sugar, Power, Distillery, or other process industries.
- Robust knowledge of ABB platforms: ACS800 Compact HMI, 800xA, Freelance, AC500 PLC, etc.
- Proficiency in logic development, SCADA systems, FAT execution, and commissioning.
- Familiarity with industrial communication protocols (Modbus, Profibus, Ethernet/IP, OPC).
- Understanding of instrumentation devices such as sensors, transmitters, and actuators.
- 2-4 years of experience in site handling, troubleshooting and customer coordination.
