Role & responsibilities

1. Develop and implement robust sales strategies for products across all geographies.

2. Achieve sales volume, market share, and profitability targets.

3. Manage sales forecasting, budgeting, and planning to ensure steady growth and performance.

4. Monitor competitor activities and market trends to refine strategies.

5. Lead brand positioning, product visibility, and promotional campaigns etc.

6. Collaborate with creative agencies and internal teams to launch impactful ATL/BTL campaigns.

7. Drive new product development (NPD) market entries.

8. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards in advertising and labeling for alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

9. Expand and manage dealer, distributor, and retail networks.

10. Build solid relationships with key stakeholders: distributors, wholesalers, retail chains, and HoReCa (Hotels, Restaurants, and Cafs).

11. Optimize route-to-market strategies for urban, semi-urban,



and rural areas.

12. Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales and marketing team.

13. Strengthen relationships with key clients and ensure high customer satisfaction.

14. Gather and analyze market intelligence to identify growth opportunities and risks.

Coordinate with finance and commercial departments to ensure timely billing, collections, and pricing strategies.

Preferred candidate profile

Candidate who is having experience in leading and strategize all Sales and Marketing activities for the CSD or Brewery unit, ensuring business growth, brand development, market penetration, customer satisfaction, and achievement of revenue targets will be the right fit for the role. Experience of Africa will be preferred.
