Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of the branch office, ensuring efficient use of resources and meeting sales targets.

- Foster strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders to drive business growth.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 5-8 years of experience in Branch Operations or related field (NBFC/BFSI).
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing teams effectively.
- Robust understanding of branch management principles, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance evaluation.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport with customers, colleagues, and external partners.
