We are looking for an immediate, full-time, permanent position in APAC at Mumbai, India

Job Purpose:

- Responsible for the end-to-end coordination and delivery management of assigned IT ICS initiatives, based on defined IT ICS requirements, controls, governance decisions, and divisional accountabilities.
- The role ensures that IT ICS initiatives are planned, coordinated, and executed effectively across multiple subteams and external service providers, translating requirements into structured delivery plans and measurable outcomes.
- The position focuses on delivery, orchestration, and execution. It works closely with the Senior Expert - ICS4IT and other IT ICS governance and subject-matter functions to translate approved IT ICS strategy, priorities, requirements, controls, and improvement measures into structured delivery plans. The role provides delivery feasibility, implementation-impact, and execution feedback to support strategic and governance decisions.

Your tasks:

- Translate the approved IT ICS strategy, strategic priorities, requirements, controls, and improvement measures into structured delivery plans and executable workstreams,



in close alignment with the Senior Expert - ICS4IT and other relevant governance and subject-matter functions.
- Provide delivery feasibility, execution-impact, and implementation feedback to the Senior Expert - ICS4IT and relevant governance and subject-matter functions, supporting the refinement and operationalization of IT ICS requirements and controls without assuming ownership of their definition or approval.
- Develop, maintain, and communicate a master delivery plan covering subprojects, milestones, dependencies, critical paths, versioning, change control, and communication.
- Coordinate and steer cross-functional subteams, internal resources, external contractors, and service providers against agreed scope, timelines, responsibilities, and quality criteria, including day-to-day work allocation, delivery monitoring, coaching, and structured feedback.
- Escalate contractor capacity, delivery-quality, or performance concerns through the applicable GCISO / ICS4IT, ITS, procurement, and supplier-management channels, without assuming formal employer or contractual authority..
- Manage dependencies, resource or prioritization conflicts, delivery deviations, and stabilization of critical delivery paths.
- Maintain an integrated view of progress, schedules, budgets, delivery risks, and the quality and completeness of deliverables against IT ICS requirements.
- Maintain traceability between defined IT ICS requirements and delivered outcomes, and prepare program-level reports, dashboards, executive summaries, and escalation inputs.
- Identify, classify, track, and support resolution of delivery-related risks and issues, including ownership, mitigation actions, and implementation progress.




- Coordinate delivery support for IT ICS audits and assessments, including readiness activities, data collection, fieldwork support, remediation tracking, and delivery-based closure support. Formal audit conclusions, finding closure decisions, and management acceptance remain with the respective accountable parties.
- Continuously improve delivery structures, coordination models, execution processes, and collaboration with internal teams and external service providers.

Your profile:

- Proven track record delivering complex, multi-stream initiatives in regulated or governance-driven environments.
- Experience supporting internal control systems; IT governance, risk, or compliance; and information security programs, audits, or remediation activities.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver against defined requirements while constructively supporting their refinement.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams, external contractors, and service providers across multiple delivery streams.
- Experience leading and coordinating multidisciplinary teams

Education Level:

- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience/qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- A master’s degree and relevant professional certification in program/project management, IT governance, IT risk, internal controls, or audit are desirable.

Experience Level:

- 10 to 15 years of experience in IT program or project management.
