Role Description The Interior Designer will work in a full-time, hybrid capacity based in Hyderabad, with flexibility for some work-from-home tasks. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing interior design concepts, preparing layouts, and coordinating space planning for residential and commercial projects. The role involves creating and reviewing construction drawings, selecting FF&E; (furniture, fixtures, and equipment), and collaborating with project managers, vendors, and contractors to ensure design intent is executed accurately.



The Interior Designer will meet with clients to understand requirements, present design proposals and material boards, and refine designs based on feedback. The role also includes site visits for measurements, inspections, and quality checks, along with maintaining project documentation and timelines.
Qualifications

- Robust skills in Interior Design and Architecture to develop cohesive design concepts and layouts.
- Proficiency in Space Planning to optimize functionality, circulation, and efficient use of available areas.
- Ability to produce accurate Construction Drawings and technical documentation for execution and approvals.
- Experience with FF&E; selection, including furniture, fixtures, finishes, and materials aligned with project requirements.
- Relevant degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a closely related field.
- Working knowledge of design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar) and basic MS Office tools.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.
- Attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in residential and/or commercial interior projects; experience with modular interiors is an advantage.
