About Job

n

We are looking for a smart, organized, proactive, and well-presented Personal Assistant (PA) to work closely with our Founder and provide day-to-day professional and administrative support.

n

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Manage the Founder’s calendar, meetings, appointments & schedules
n
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, designers, contractors and internal teams
n
- Handle follow-ups and ensure timely closure of assigned tasks
n
- Prepare and manage reports, documents and correspondence
n
- Assist the Founder in meetings and maintain meeting notes/action points
n
- Coordinate regarding ongoing interior & turnkey projects
n
- Manage travel, meetings and other business-related arrangements
n
- Maintain confidentiality of business and client information
n




- Act as a communication bridge between the Founder and various teams
n
- Support the Founder in day-to-day business and operational activities
n

- Strong organizational & time-management abilities

- Proactive approach with excellent follow-up skills
n
- Good knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace
n
- Ability to multitask and handle priorities efficiently
n
- Professional personality with strong attention to detail
n
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, founder-driven environment
n
- Prior experience as a PA / Executive Assistant / Founder’s Office / Management Coordinator will be preferred
n
- Experience in interior design, architecture, construction or turnkey projects will be an added advantage
