WE’RE HIRING | ENTERPRISE SOFTWARE SALES PROFESSIONAL

PERICENT® is expanding its Enterprise Business & Sales team and looking for a driven Enterprise Software Sales Executive / Business Development Manager who can build meaningful conversations with enterprise decision-makers and convert opportunities into business.

n

Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan

n

Experience: 2–6 Years

n

CTC: ₹3 LPA – ₹8 LPA + Performance Incentives

n

Work Mode: Work from Office

n

Working Days: Monday–Saturday | 2nd & 4th Saturday Off

What You’ll Be Sellingn

• doc Edge® – Enterprise Document Management System (DMS)

n

• bpm Edge® – Business Process Management (BPM) Platform

n

• Integrated Document + Workflow + Process Automation solutions

Key Responsibilitiesn

• Identify and develop enterprise-level business opportunities

n

• Prospect and engage with CXO / IT / Operations / Compliance decision-makers

n

• Conduct discovery calls and understand business-process challenges

n

• Generate qualified leads and manage the complete sales cycle

n

• Coordinate with Pre-Sales and Product teams for solution demonstrations

n

• Prepare proposals, commercial discussions and follow-ups

n





• Maintain accurate sales activities and opportunities in CRM

n

• Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets

Who We’re Looking Forn

✔ Experience in B2B / Enterprise Software Sales

n

✔ Exposure to SaaS, DMS, BPM, ERP, CRM, Workflow or IT Solutions is an advantage

n

✔ Robust communication and presentation skills

n

✔ Ability to speak confidently with senior decision-maker

n

✔ Consultative selling and solution-oriented approach

n

✔ Strong follow-up, negotiation and closing skills

n

✔ Target-driven with a strong ownership mindset
