Role Description

The Admissions Counselor is responsible for guiding prospective students and their families through the admissions process, from initial inquiry to enrolment. This includes providing detailed information about FAD's programmes, conducting consultations and interviews, and answering inquiries — with particular responsibility for helping students understand FAD's industry-led learning setting, so they enrol with a clear, informed picture of the practical, mentor-driven education they are choosing. The role involves collaborating with internal teams,



executing outreach initiatives, and maintaining positive relationships with potential applicants throughout their admissions journey.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships

• Effective communication skills, including verbal and written communication

• Customer service and sales skills to provide support and address inquiries

• Familiarity with the education industry and admission processes

• Understanding of diverse cultural perspectives and the ability to work in a global environment

• Highly organized with attention to detail and the ability to multitask

• Ability to clearly communicate FAD's industry-led approach and value proposition to prospective students and parents

• Bachelor's degree in education, marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred

• Prior experience in admissions, counseling, or customer service is a plus
