- Design and develop solutions using Service Now Integrated Risk Management (IRM).
- Configure and customize Risk Management, Policy & Compliance, Audit Management, and Regulatory Change Management modules.
- Develop Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, Script Includes, and ACLs.
- Configure Flow Designer, Workflow, Notifications, Approvals, and Assignment Rules.
- Implement risk identification, assessment, scoring, treatment, monitoring, and reporting processes.
- Configure risk statements, risk frameworks, controls, indicators, entities, and profiles.
- Develop and maintain IRM forms, catalog items, dashboards, reports, and workspaces.




- Integrate Service Now IRM with external applications using REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, and Import Sets.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to IRM applications and integrations.
- Work with business, risk, compliance, audit, and security teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Perform unit testing, system testing, deployment, and post-production support.
- Follow Service Now development best practices and maintain technical documentation.
