- As Per Architect Design we are taking Quantity of all the Activities Ex: Structure Finishes,
- Preparing the Bar Bending schedule .
- We are controlling project costs over all activities
- Preparation variation statements and supporting documents
- Coordination with project team and subcontractors.
- Reviewing subcontractor all the bills and verifying quantities
- Maintaining proper records of measurements labour and subcontractor Bills.
- Every week checking labour bills and DPR.
- Preparation of Detailed Estimate of Elements .
- Rate analysis of all activities structure and Finishes.
- Checking consumption and reconciliation report.
- Preparation of indent as per Design quantity (Concrete, Steel ,Tiles ,)
- Maintaining Cube and Steel Test Reports .
- Cost Analysis and comparisons of all activities of project
- Documentation of GFC Drawings structure and Finishes
- Preparation of snag list and work progress report
- Preparation of on actual site Quantity for indent
