Job Title: Technical Recruiter (Staffing & RPO Sales)
Location: Hyderabad
Work Mode: Hybrid / Remote
Working Days: Monday - Friday (9:30 AM - 6:30 PM)
Compensation: As per market standards + Incentives
About the Role:
We are seeking a results-oriented Technical Recruiter with 2-4 years of
experience to join our growing talent acquisition team. You will be
responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a seamless and
high-quality experience for candidates while building a robust pipeline
for critical technical roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for diverse technical
positions.
- Expertly utilize job portals, Linked In Recruiter, and alternative
sourcing channels to identify passive technical talent.
- Conduct initial technical screenings to assess candidate skills,
experience, and cultural fit before advancing them to hiring manager
interviews.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand technical
requirements and team dynamics.




- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data within the Applicant
Tracking System (ATS) and recruitment trackers.
- Guide candidates through the interview process, from initial contact
to offer negotiation and onboarding coordination.
- Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to meet
aggressive hiring targets for technical talent.
Required Qualifications:
- B. Tech or graduate from computer science stream preferably.
- 2-4 years of experience specifically in technical recruitment.
- Robust understanding of various technology stacks, programming
languages, and industry trends.
- Proficiency in using Linked In Recruiter, major job portals, and ATS
platforms.
Required Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability
to engage technical professionals effectively.
- Target-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple
high-priority requirements simultaneously.
