Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Talent Acquisition
Specialist to support our expanding recruitment operations. The ideal
candidate will have strong expertise in candidate sourcing, talent
engagement, and end-to-end hiring delivery within a consultancy or
staffing environment. This role requires a high degree of ownership,
process excellence, and a solid commitment to achieving hiring targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for IT and Non-IT mandates,
ensuring timely and quality-driven hiring outcomes.

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies through platforms such as
Naukri, Shine, Foundit, Linked In, Indeed, Apna Jobs, Work India, and
other talent networks.

• Conduct detailed screening, competency evaluation, and shortlist
candidates based on role requirements.

• Maintain structured and accurate candidate data using ATS systems,
Google Sheets, and Excel trackers.

• Engage with candidates proactively to build strong talent pipelines
and ensure an excellent candidate experience.

• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to understand hiring
priorities and align sourcing execution accordingly.

• Track and report daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment metrics to
support data-led decision-making.





• Drive consistency in submissions, interviews, and closures by applying
a strategic and structured sourcing approach.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Human
Resource Management, or related field (preferred).

• 2-4 years of recruitment consultancy or staffing experience with a
strong focus on volume and quality delivery.

• Demonstrated proficiency in sourcing through major job portals and
professional networks.

• Solid working knowledge of ATS platforms, candidate pipeline
management, and recruitment workflows.

• Advanced skills in Google Sheets and Excel for managing recruitment
dashboards and data analytics.

• Proven experience hiring across IT and Non-IT functions.

• High level of consistency, attention to detail, and KPI-driven work
ethic.

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving
capabilities.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with a
commitment to high performance.
