Job Title: Senior Recruiter - BFSI Hiring

Job Timings: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM (Indian Time)
About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Recruiter with strong expertise in BFSI and volume hiring. The ideal
candidate should have proven experience in sourcing and closing candidates for Sales, Relationship Managers, Tele sales and Other roles.
The candidate should be comfortable working with high-volume hiring requirements, meeting recruitment
targets, and managing candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
Source and screen candidates for Sales Tele Sales, Relationship Executive and other Banking positions.
Handle bulk and volume hiring requirements within defined timelines.
Manage end-to-end recruitment activities from sourcing and screening to offer and onboarding.
Conduct telephonic screening and assess candidates based on communication skills, experience, salary
expectations, and job requirements.
Utilize Naukri, Linked In, job portals, social media, referrals, and other sourcing channels effectively.
Maintain a continuous pipeline of qualified candidates for active and upcoming BFSI requirements.
Coordinate interview schedules and follow up with candidates throughout the selection process.
Follow up with selected candidates to ensure offer acceptance and joining.
Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and MIS reports.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Meet daily and monthly sourcing, interview, selection, and joining targets.
Maintain required recruitment TAT and quality standards.
Qualifications & Experience:
Graduate in any discipline.
2-4 years of recruitment experience.
Prior experience in BPO / volume hiring is mandatory.
Experience hiring for Sales and relationship management anf other frontline positions is highly
preferred.
Immediate joiners are strongly preferred.
Solid BFSI sourcing and candidate screening skills.
Proven experience in bulk hiring and meeting recruitment targets.
Experience handling multiple BFSI requirements simultaneously will be highly preferred.
Required Skills:
Good understanding of volume recruitment and BFSI hiring processes.
Excellent telephonic communication and candidate engagement skills.
Strong follow-up and candidate conversion skills.
Ability to manage high-volume recruitment requirements and multiple positions simultaneously.
Target-oriented with the ability to work independently.
Good knowledge of job portals and digital sourcing channels.
