Role

We are looking for a proactive Sales & Marketing Specialist to drive B2B customer acquisition, sales growth, customer relationships, and marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and convert new B2B leads through calls, emails, networking, and digital channels.
- Manage existing customers and increase repeat business.
- Understand customer requirements, prepare quotations, negotiate, and close deals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Handle customer queries and coordinate order fulfilment.
- Execute digital marketing, social media, email, and promotional campaigns.
- Monitor competitors, market trends,



and new business opportunities.
- Maintain sales records and pipeline using CRM/Excel.
- Coordinate with Operations, Procurement, Product, and Accounts teams.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Marketing.
- B2B, industrial products, eCommerce, or distribution experience preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Good knowledge of Excel, CRM, digital marketing, and social media.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.

Preferred

Experience with industrial supplies, fasteners, tools, PPE, MRO products, B2B procurement, or eCommerce marketplaces.
