Hiring | Assistant Operations Manager – Jaipur

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Operations Manager to oversee the overall operations of multiple villas and coordinate across different departments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and supervise overall villa operations across multiple properties
- Coordinate with Housekeeping, Front Office, Maintenance, Guest Relations and other departments
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and high service standards
- Handle staff coordination, guest requirements and operational issues
- Monitor departmental performance and ensure proper SOP compliance
- Manage multiple villas simultaneously and ensure operational efficiency

Requirements:

- Hotel background is mandatory
- Experience in handling multiple properties/villas preferred
- Good English communication skills
- Strong coordination and team-management abilities
- Well-groomed, presentable and qualified personality
- Ability to independently handle overall operations and different departments

Location: Jaipur

Salary: ₹40,000–₹50,000 per month

Food & Accommodation: Self-managed
