Key Responsibilities

Create feature tutorial, introduction, setup, onboarding, and use-case videos.
Produce step-by-step walkthroughs for software features, including AI Agents, Integrations, Campaigns, SMS, Appointment Scheduling, Dashboard, Analytics, Billing, and Settings.
Record and edit software demonstrations with clear visual guidance.
Design UI layouts, title cards, callouts, annotations, and on-screen graphics.
Animate software UI elements, transitions, highlights, and interactive walkthroughs.
Create professional AI voiceovers and synchronize narration with video content.
Apply brand guidelines, including colours, fonts, logos, and visual style.
Collaborate with the team to understand feature requirements and deliver videos as per brief.

Required Skills & Experience

Proven experience creating tutorial, walkthrough, or explainer videos for SaaS, software, or technology companies.
Strong portfolio demonstrating professional product tutorial work.
Excellent video editing, motion graphics, typography,



animation, and audio editing skills.
Experience with screen recording and software UI demonstrations.
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Camtasia, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent tools.
Experience with AI voiceover tools such as ElevenLabs, Murf, or similar.
Knowledge of the latest AI tools for video editing, animation, voiceover, and content creation.
Ability to create clean, contemporary, and professional videos aligned with brand guidelines.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.

Good to Have

Experience working with international SaaS or technology companies.
Script writing or refinement skills.
Experience with animated explainers and intro sequences.
Knowledge of AI, automation, or security products.
Familiarity with Figma, Lottie animations, video SEO, and thumbnail design.
