Job Description:

Job Purpose

To lead the overall Quality function and ensure that all incoming materials, manufacturing processes, and finished products meet defined quality standards, customer requirements, statutory requirements, and company quality objectives.

2. Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement the overall Quality Management System (QMS).
- Establish quality objectives, standards, procedures, and inspection
- Monitor and improve Incoming, In-Process, and Final Inspection
- Ensure compliance with applicable ISO and customer-specific quality requirements.
- Analyze customer complaints, internal rejections, defects, and quality
- Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA), CAPA, 8D, and corrective/preventive actions.

- Reduce rejection, rework, scrap, and customer
- Conduct regular process and product audits.
- Coordinate customer, supplier, system, and certification
- Develop and monitor supplier quality
- Ensure calibration and control of measuring and testing
- Establish and monitor quality KPIs and prepare periodic reports for
- Work closely with Production, PPC, Purchase, Stores, Maintenance, and Engineering teams for quality improvement.




- Review and approve quality plans, inspection standards, control plans, and process
- Ensure proper control and disposition of non-conforming materials/products.
- Lead continuous improvement and quality improvement
- Train and develop Quality team
- Promote a robust “Right First Time” and zero-defect culture.
- Ensure proper maintenance of quality records and
- Support new product development, process validation, and customer

3. Qualification

- E./B.Tech/Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Production, or related engineering field.

Certification in
- ISO 9001 – Quality Management System → Quality
- ISO 14001 – Environmental Management System → EHS
- ISO 45001 – Occupational Health & Safety Management System → EHS
- ISO 50001 – Energy Management System → Energy/Engineering/EHS

4. Experience

- 10–15 years of relevant experience in Quality, preferably in electrical/electronic/manufacturing industries.
