Department: Mechanical / Engineering / Production

Location: Mehsana, Kalol, Chhatral, or nearby only

Qualification

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.

Experience

- 1–5 years’ experience in manufacturing, machinery, fabrication, or engineering preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily production, fabrication, and machine assembly activities.

- Allocate work to technicians, fitters, welders, and production workers.

- Read and understand mechanical drawings and specifications.

- Ensure proper fitting, alignment, quality, and timely completion of work.

- Monitor production progress and resolve technical issues.

- Coordinate with Production, Fabrication, Quality, Design,



and Maintenance teams.

- Support machine installation, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting.

- Ensure safety, discipline, and proper housekeeping in the work area.

- Prepare basic production and work-progress reports.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of mechanical machinery and components.

- Drawing reading and measurement skills.

- Knowledge of fabrication and machining processes.

- Positive team handling and supervisory skills.

- AutoCAD/SolidWorks knowledge is an advantage.
