Job Description:

Position: Maintenance Executive

Location: Jhagadia - Ankleshwar

Experience: 3 - 5 Years

Industries: Chemical

Responsibilities:

- Responsible for maintenance of plant machinery, equipment, utilities and electrical/mechanical systems.
- Plan and execute preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance activities.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical equipment such as pumps, compressors, agitators, gearboxes, reactors, valves and pipelines.
- Coordinate with production and utility teams to minimize equipment downtime.
- Monitor maintenance schedules, spare parts and maintenance records.
- Ensure proper functioning of plant utilities such as boilers, chillers, cooling towers, air compressors and DG sets.
- Follow safety procedures, permit-to-work systems and chemical plant safety standards during maintenance activities.
- Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for maintenance and servicing work.




- Identify recurring equipment problems and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain documentation related to preventive maintenance, breakdowns, inspections and equipment history.

Required Skills:

- Strong knowledge of mechanical maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Experience with pumps, reactors, agitators, compressors, gearboxes and other process equipment.
- Knowledge of preventive and breakdown maintenance.
- Valuable understanding of plant safety procedures and maintenance practices.
- Ability to handle maintenance activities independently and coordinate with production teams.

Required Qualification: - B.E/B.Tech - Mechanical

Salary: - Upto 5.00 LPA
