Job Description:

Department: Production / Mechanical

Location: Mehsana, Kalol, Chhatral, or nearby only

Qualification

- ITI in Fitter / Mechanical Trade preferred. (Relevant technical certification will be an advantage.)

Experience

- 1–2 years of industrial experience preferred.
- Candidates with experience in pharmaceutical machinery/manufacturing industries will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform mechanical fitting, assembly, and installation of pharma machinery.
- Read and understand basic mechanical drawings and dimensions.
- Assemble shafts, bearings, gears, frames, valves, couplings, and other components.
- Carry out drilling, tapping, grinding, cutting, and filing operations.
- Perform machine alignment and fitting as per specifications.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments such as vernier calipers.




- Support machine installation, testing, and trial activities.
- Identify and rectify fitting and assembly-related issues.
- Maintain proper quality and production standards.
- Follow workplace safety procedures and maintain housekeeping.
- Coordinate with Production, Welding, Electrical, and Quality teams.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of mechanical fitting and machine assembly.
- Basic knowledge of mechanical drawings.
- Knowledge of hand tools and measuring instruments.
- Valuable understanding of machine alignment and mechanical components.
- Safety-conscious approach.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
