Job Description: Job Summary

The Welder – Ferro is responsible for carrying out welding, fabrication, repair and maintenance work on equipment, structures, pipelines, chutes, hoppers and other mechanical components in the Ferro plant. The role requires secure and accurate welding work according to drawings, specifications and plant standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform ARC/MMA, MIG/MAG and gas welding as required.
- Carry out welding and fabrication work on Ferro plant equipment and structures.
- Repair and fabricate:
- Chutes and hoppers
- Conveyors and supports
- Platforms and walkways
- Structural steel
