Job Description:

Key Responsibilities
•
Install and commission ice machines at customer sites.
•
Conduct machine testing and ensure proper installation and performance.
•
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration-related issues.
•
Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance.
•
Attend customer service complaints and provide timely solutions.
•
Explain machine operation, maintenance, and basic troubleshooting to customers.
•
Prepare service reports, installation reports, and commissioning documents.
•
Coordinate with the production and technical teams for service-related issues.
•
Travel within India and internationally as required for installations and service calls.
•
Maintain good customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications
•
ITI / Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical, Electrical, Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, or a related field.
•
Experience in industrial refrigeration, ice machines, cooling systems,



or similar equipment will be preferred.
•
Good knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration systems.
•
Ability to read basic electrical and technical drawings.
•
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
•
Good communication and customer-handling skills.
•
Willingness to travel extensively, including international travel.
•
Ability to work independently at customer sites.
• Valid passport will be an advantage for overseas assignments.

Experience

2–5 years of relevant experience preferred. Freshers with solid technical knowledge may
also be considered.

Additional Requirements

• Willing to travel across India and outside India.
• Comfortable working at customer sites and handling urgent service requirements.
• Basic English communication is required; knowledge of additional languages is an
advantage.
