- Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers
- Post job openings on job portals, social media, and career pages
- Conduct initial telephonic/HR screening rounds to assess candidate fit
- Assist in onboarding and induction of new hires
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
Preferred candidate profile
- MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 0.62 years of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition
- Positive understanding of recruitment lifecycle and basic HR processes
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High energy, proactive, and target-driven approach
