Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Civil Engineer with 8-10 years of experience in planning, execution, and management of civil construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing project activities, ensuring quality and safety compliance, managing contractors, and delivering projects within specified timelines and budgets.

The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise in civil engineering, project execution, stakeholder coordination, and construction management.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution

- Plan, coordinate, and supervise civil engineering projects from inception to completion.
- Review project specifications, drawings, BOQs, and technical documents.
- Monitor construction activities to ensure adherence to project schedules and milestones.
- Ensure projects are executed in accordance with approved designs, quality standards, and safety requirements.

Site Management

- Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure efficient utilization of resources.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
- Conduct site inspections and monitor progress against project plans.
- Resolve technical issues arising during construction and recommend appropriate solutions.

Quality Assurance & Compliance

- Ensure compliance with applicable engineering codes, standards, and local regulations.
- Conduct quality inspections and ensure work meets prescribed specifications.
- Review material approvals, testing reports, and quality documentation.
- Implement corrective actions to address quality concerns.

Cost & Contract Management

- Monitor project costs and support budget control initiatives.
- Review contractor bills, measurements, and progress claims.
- Assist in procurement, vendor evaluation, and contract administration.
- Identify opportunities for cost optimization and process improvements.

Safety & Risk Management

- Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and company safety standards.




- Participate in risk assessments and implement mitigation measures.
- Promote a protected working environment and enforce site safety practices.

Documentation & Reporting

- Prepare progress reports, site records, and project documentation.
- Track project KPIs and provide regular updates to management.
- Maintain drawings, approvals, permits, and construction records.

Qualifications

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (B.E./B. Tech Civil).
- Master's Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management is an advantage.
- Professional certifications in Project Management, Quality Management, or Construction Safety preferred.
