Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Project Manager - Civil to lead and manage end-to-end execution of civil construction projects. The incumbent will be responsible for planning, execution, resource management, quality control, budget adherence, stakeholder coordination, and timely delivery of projects while ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage civil construction projects from inception to completion.
- Prepare project execution plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines, quality standards, and cost budgets.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Review engineering drawings, BOQs, specifications, and technical documents.
- Manage site activities including construction, procurement, subcontractor management, and project reporting.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, safety norms, and quality standards.
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Conduct regular site inspections and project review meetings.
- Track project costs and ensure optimum utilization of resources.
- Resolve technical and operational challenges during project execution.
- Prepare and present project status reports to senior management.
- Ensure smooth project handover and closure documentation.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (B.E./B. Tech Civil).




- Master's degree in Construction Management/Project Management will be an added advantage.
- PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred.
