Hiring: Area Sales Manager – Durgapur
Location: Durgapur, West Bengal
CTC: ₹3.45 LPA + Incentives
We are looking for an experienced sales professional who can drive business growth through field visits, customer acquisition, and market development.
Key Responsibilities:
• Generate leads through field visits and market networking
• Acquire new customers and develop existing relationships
• Achieve monthly sales targets
• Identify new business opportunities within the assigned area
• Manage regular follow-ups and convert prospects into sales
Candidate Profile:
• Graduation is mandatory
• 2+ years of Sales / Field Sales experience
• Candidates from any sales industry can apply
• Robust communication and customer-handling skills
• Comfortable with field work and target-based sales
• Local candidates preferred
