Designation: Key Account Manager – HoReCa

Job Location: Ahmedabad

Role Overview: -

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Key Account Manager (KAM) to join the Sales & Marketing – HoReCa Division. The role will be responsible for developing and managing strategic relationships with key customers across the Hotels, Restaurants and Catering (HoReCa) segment.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key HoReCa accounts, including hotels, restaurants, caterers, institutional clients and food-service businesses.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned market and customer segment.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and customer meetings to negotiation, order closure and account development.
- Achieve assigned sales, revenue and business growth targets.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate product/service solutions.




- Develop and execute account-specific sales strategies and business plans for key customers.
- Conduct regular customer visits and meetings to understand business needs, market trends and upcoming opportunities.
- Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, contracts and agreements while maintaining business profitability.

Preferred Experience: -

- 3–6 years of experience in Key Account Management, Sales, Business Development or Institutional Sales.
- Experience in the HoReCa / Food Service / Hospitality / FMCG / Consumer Products segment will be preferred.
- Should have experience managing key customers and strategic accounts.
- Strong understanding of the Ahmedabad market and HoReCa customer ecosystem will be an advantage.
- Candidates should be comfortable with customer meetings, field visits and commercial negotiations.
- Solid relationship management and business development capabilities are essential.
